- Subscribers are entitled to access the
lawful Internet content of their choice.
- Subscribers are entitled to run applications
and use services of their choice, subject to the
needs of law enforcement.
- Subscribers are entitled to connect their
choice of legal devices that do not harm the
network.
- Subscribers are entitled to competition
among network providers, application and service
providers, and content providers.
Vanir Broadband, Inc. employs standard best
effort Internet delivery business practices and
technical mechanisms.
Vanir Broadband, Inc. does not favor any lawful
Internet applications and content over others.
Vanir Broadband, Inc. connects (directly or
indirectly) to the public or commodity Internet in
multiple (at least one) exchange points.
Vanir Broadband, Inc. offers interconnection
where technically feasible without exceeding current
or reasonably anticipated capacity limitations, on
reasonable rates and terms to be negotiated in good
faith with requesting parties. This includes both
the ability to connect to the public Internet and
physical interconnection for the exchange of
traffic.
Vanir Broadband, Inc. employs generally accepted
technical measures to provide acceptable service
levels to all customers, such as caching and
application-neutral bandwidth allocation, as well as
measures to address spam, denial of service attacks,
illegal content and other harmful activities.
